Not good product,henna is black colour spoiled, not good product. This packet delivery time we are out of station and less packet. Also, how to do can I return now

Colour confusion
The product was good in the beginning....after using all these days the product colour changed into green. ..before it used to be black ...I bought 25 packs box ...in that almost 17 packs were of black colour now it's green power....which is real ??? Is it because of old ???or green is different product n black is different??? Can't understand....pls suggest
