Look forward to using it after each workout!
So essentially, as the gyms are closed I've been doing a lot more home exercises during lockdown. As such, my workout routine has changed quite considerably to a more cardio based one and with that I've had A LOT of soreness and muscle fatigue. I used to have a cheap a cheap massage gun from ebay but decided to try a newer and more expensive one this time, as there is no point in cheaping out on seething that could potentially damage your muscles. I decided to look at this one as I have a RENPHO scale that I have never had an issue with and so trusted the brand. This device has helped with my muscle fatigue incredibly and I really really wish I had bought it sooner instead of just waiting for pains to leave in due course. I was a tad wary of the price, as a 24 year old I don't have too much cash to splash. But I compared it to others on the market and this seemed about perfect based on the value for money and features available. So the Renpho met my expectations beautifully to say the least. I'll start straight away though with the couple potential negatives I have found. The first being that the heads are quite hard/ stiff to get in. However they do feel sturdy/ solid and don't seem like they're going to break as you're forcing them in. I think it's mostly because they are so flush with the mechanism, which is good for holding them in place while it vibrates. Would have possibly preferred a twisting and lock element instead, possibly like how a camera lens can be twisted and locked in place, but still does the job. Second potential negative: The charging light is very dim, it's a faint red that can't really be seen even in room light, you have to get a good angle on it to spot it. However, this is in no way an issue for me as you can still tell what the charge is at based on the angle or by plugging the battery into the device and seeing what percentage it is at. And finally, I do wish there were more colour options to choose from, blue and gray isn't normally my thing, even just a matte black version would be a very nice option to have. On to the good stuff. The device arrived in a very nice premium case, with everything sitting very securly in place. I also noticed a sneeky little storage compartment underneath the top layer of foam that is very spacious and could be used to carry documents, muscle tape, a water bottle, oils and more in if you were to go to the gym, travel with this device or use it for physiotherapy etc. The charging base is an extremely useful addition. My previous massager had to be plugged in via a usb charger directly into the body of it, which I found awkward to both plug in and leave charging. This means I can leave the majority of the device in it's stored place. The battery simply clicks in, making it very sturdy. The multiple heads are WONDERFUL. I've found some work brilliantly for certain areas and others work great for others. Although some are suggested for specific things, myself and my partner have realized that we both prefer different ones for different things, so I would suggest trying and seeing which works best for you. Again, these are stiff to put in, but hold in place perfectly, compared to my last massage gun that used to loosen throughout use. Once you have chosen your head and clicked it in, you can twist the direction the head is facing to reach other parts easier. I personally have not used this feature all that much as for difficult to reach areas I just ask my partner to get for me and vice versa. But I do think it works great and the handle is in no way uncomfortable to hold. The device isn't too heavy to hold at particular angles as well. It has a very simple button/ functionality layout. Simply turn the device on using the large power button on the top, it will make a quiet beep to let you know it's on. Then the battery lights will turn on, telling you what percentage of power is left (it says Vol or Volume, but I suspect this is referring to battery volume rather than the actual noise level. I've tried draining the battery to see how well these work, but having the device on for 2 hour and 30 mins is quite a feet to achieve. The only other button on the device is the speed, which also beeps with each use. There are 4 different levels and I have found all of them to be useful as some times it can be too much or too little for certain muscle areas. So overall in summary, a very handy and great device that I am very glad to have gotten. Honestly if you're considering it or are looking at others around the same price range, just save yourself the hassle and buy it. 9/10!

Great Product - Ergonomically well thought out, and does exactly what it's meant to.
I've had one of the popular massage guns for quite a while, since my sports massage therapist got one, and showed me that it's something I can use at home. The one that I had previously is the traditional style that looks a bit more like a hairdryer. Ordinarily its been great to use, but given that my main injury is a shoulder injury and I live alone, during lockdown it has been near impossible to work that area of my upper back to get in behind the shoulder blade. I saw that this item has an adjustable head, so that you can change the angle of attack! - I thought it could be a bit gimmicky, because most of the time you would want to have the massage plate/ball at a right angle to where you are holding to apply pressure - but I have stopped using the other gun now, and will sell it, as this one far exceeds that more traditional shape. Straight away, the packaging is really nice. Sometimes it's possible to be wowed by packaging as a distraction for a sub-standard product, which I think is a common practice. Thankfully that isn't the case here. The massager comes with plenty of different attachments too - although I tend to only use two, either the larger ball for larger muscular complains, and the smaller point one which gives a much smaller surface area to target tighter knots, or harder to reach points like behind the shoulder blades. Given that my massage therapist seems to have the strength of 10,000 men - I've been conditioned to quite a strong amount of pressure on massages, its painful, but seems to break down tight tissue faster. I was initially worried that this item might look really cool, and have the articulated arm - but actually be underpowered when strong pressure was applied. This was not the case. the motor seems to have a lot of torque, as applying a lot of pressure to it, to the point where it felt like either i, or the massager would break - i decided to call a truce! It is definitely up to the task, and even for extended periods of time, it doesn't overheat. The battery life is good. At first I was concerned that having to remove the battery to charge it would be a pain, but now that ive used it, its nice that i can have the battery on charge somewhere in the house, without having to leave a massager attached to it, which means i can put that away and have less clutter. I think if you were also using these professionally on many clients - it would mean you could charge one battery, whilst using the other, something that would have been useful one day where I saw my therapist and her battery had run out of juice! The product has LED indicators too, showing the battery level and the speed (of which there are 4). The only downside i would give is that the battery charger does not have a visible LED indicator for charging on the charger itself, but there is one on the plug (3 pin UK plug!) However, it is easy enough to double check that once you plug the battery in to the massager. Overall, i really recommend this product and think it is better than the one my massage therapist has been using. As soon as social distancing is over I will be showing it to them, as I think their clients might benefit from it!

Very relaxing.
Using this massager spa is really very relaxing. It works better than I was expecting, because I never had one before which I liked enough to use more than a couple of times... but this one, I am sure I will be using if possible daily, because it feels so good. The rollers are robust and strong enough for a good massage, and the Spa is great too. The temperature control works perfectly, just as does the timer. I would give it five stars if it had also side rollers to massage the outside of the feet, and a few small thin vertical front rollers to massage between your fingers. It could also be a little bit less noisy. Definitely the best I had and the only one I liked so far.

Best thing I’ve bought for a long time.
Been thinking about buying a percussion massager for a while now but couldn’t decide which to go for & reading reviews wasn’t helping much so kept putting it off. Like a lot of people I’ve had various problems, back, shoulder etc but mainly with my leg for a while now & until the Covid 19 I was getting regular physio therapy but now missed so many appointments & my leg can & often does get painful so decided now was the time to try a massager, not to replace my physio but to help out. I’ve had a Renpho smart scale for a couple of years, it’s used regularly, still looks & works great so decided to purchase the Renpho massager. Initial impressions were good, nice weight to it, feels & looks well made & came with a nice carrying / storage case. Charged it up then tried it out as my leg was painful & actually felt a difference after just a few minutes massage. Complete beginner but just aimed where it was sore & worked on & around the area for just a few minutes. The muscles eased off & felt nice & relaxed then I was back walking without pain. Relief lasted for a few hours & that was just on my first short use so for me that’s a win, a good start. Been using it daily for almost a week & it’s great, plenty power. I usually start on a lower intensity setting then try the different speeds & pressure to find what works best for the area. The multi angle arm is really useful, makes it easy to hold & have found different ways to angle & hold it comfortably while using especially hitting the middle lower back area. I like the flat head but for me the air cushion head is the business. Run it about on the muscle until I find the trigger area then by angling it around slowly you can feel exactly where the trigger point is. Choose the intensity that feels best & work on easing it off. Excellent ! Pain in my leg moves around my leg, sometimes the thigh inside or out, not to mention my back & glutes so having this around to ease things off is brilliant. Wish I’d had this months ago, Would definitely recommend.

Very impressive. Much better than expected
As a triathlete and a new parent, time is my most precious commodity and unfortunately when it comes to stretching and recovery it's usually the area that tends to drop off the 'To Do' list first. I’m always on the lookout for time-saving tech that has an immediate impact to my sport and lifestyle. Over the last few months I’ve found that the day to day strains of picking up a baby and bending over to change nappies can take their toll on your body as much as any Ironman event or sportive. Personally I’ve really struggled with sharp burning pains through my neck and shoulders and even though I have multiple foam rollers they never quite hit the spot and it can be quite challenging to find the exact angle to release the pressure points. I've seen various massage guns on the market before but they all looked rather bulky, loud and v.expensive, however I decided to take the plunge and purchase this one from Renpho. I was already a happy customer having used their digital scales so had no concerns about trusting another product from the same brand. I’m only a few days in to using the massage gun but not only have I found it easy to use, but I've been really impressed with its versatility and immediate results. I've struggled in the past with tight hamstrings, IT band and shin splints in my calves. These are just some of the areas I've been able to target the massage gun and adjust the speed according to sensitivity, I like that the gun comes in a handy travel case with dedicated slots for all the accessories and although I thought it initially seemed a little bulky, on reflection the length of the handle does allow you to reach around to those hard-to-get spot in your back. The soft grip handle also helps make this easy to do. The gun is quiet, even at high speeds, and it’s simple to switch the various massage heads in and out when working on various muscle groups. The instruction manual advises which accessories are better suited to which muscles. I’ll admit I still had some reservations about the product when I purchased it... “Will it work?” “Is this just another gadget?” But in hindsight, this may prove to be one of my best purchases of 2020.

Excellent Foot Spa, but my unit developed a fault
I really liked this foot spa. It was easy to use, heated the water well, and the massage and bubble functions were very relaxing. I used it only twice, and it worked perfectly. Unfortunately, on the third use, the spa/bubble function started running automatically and would not switch off even when the display showed "OFF". As this is an electrical device used with water, I didn't want to take any safety risks, so I decided to return it. I believe I may have received a faulty unit because my first two experiences were excellent. I would have happily kept it if this issue had not occurred.

Great quality and price. Essential recovery tool for anyone who punishes their body through sport!
I'd been sold on the idea of a massage gun since trying a friend's Theragun. For me the targeted stimulation of the rapid pummelling action increases blood-flow, loosens muscles, and assists the recovery and prevention of the various tweaks and chronic injures I have picked up over the years from rock climbing and squash. The only thing holding me back has been the high price point of the existing devices on the market. I already own the RENPHO WIFI bathroom scales, and they have been brilliant, so when I saw they had a massage gun at 1/4 of the price of some market leading brands, it seemed a real bargain. I was worried that the massage action or build quality was going to be lower compared to the other massage guns I'd been looking at. However, I wasn't disappointed and it exceeded my expectations. The built quality is fantastic, the action is powerful and highly adjustable with a ton of adaptors to allow you to target every part of the body, all with a nice custom case that neatly holds everything. The battery life seems really good, you do have to detach the battery to charge in the desktop charger that was provided, but using for about 15mins a day I've only had to charge once or twice a week. I mostly use mine to target elbow and tricep tendonitis, A1 and A2 finger pulley niggles, plantar fasciitis and general deep tissue massage in sore muscle groups after climbing. Area generally feels looser, more relaxed and I can feel the increased blood-flow lasting for an hour or so after use. It is hard to say if massage guns are effective at preventing or treating injury, but personally I feel that it gives me a level of treatment that I would only have gotten previously from a sport massage, but on a daily routine. I'm lucky enough to have a home climbing setup, with finger training and gym equipment. Due to lockdown I've been training more and putting my body under a lot of additional stress. Using the massage gun alongside an existing programme of strengthening and stretching, I believe I'm feeling less soreness and fewer twinges in my fingers and elbows. It will be interesting to see if I have fewer injuries now this is part of my recovery and repair routine.

Battery stops working after a while
I bought this in July 2022. It worked fine, and I would have recommended it to anyone that asked. I used it a couple of times a month since. Then, recently (Mar 2024, so after about 1 year 9 months) it simply stopped working and was unable to hold a charge, not matter how long it's charged for. I contacted Renpho customer support, who said that they only warranty products for 12 months and so would do nothing about this. Bottom line: if you're happy to pay the purchase price for a year or so's use, a great buy. Otherwise, not so much. Finally, a verbatim quote from their customer service team (I don't think you'll find this in the manual): "...Our Technical Department has informed us that lithium battery products if left 'ON' or unused for an extended period, may suffer discharge due to under-usage. This could result in irreversible damage to the battery component and affect its ability to hold a charge..." In my case, it was never unused for more than a month. I suppose it's conceivable it was left 'On': I thought that most modern lithium battery devices turned themselves off after a period of idleness for just this reason. After all, over-discharge isn't just damaging to batteries, it can make them catch fire too!

FEUER FREI !!!
Also, bitte keine Skrupel oder Bedenken. Wenn Sie schon draußen nicht mehr böllern dürfen, so ballern Sie eben drinnen. Am besten mit einem solchen Schießprügel. Sie haben die Lizenz zur Schmerzbeseitigung: Feuer frei !!!

Helps my knotted muscles
The massage gun is really good. Built quality is sturdy although will be slightly heavy for a female. The strength is superb and helps to relax my sore muscles especially those that are deep in the muscles. Although doing those deep muscles massage have to be careful because it can irritate the nerves abit if you place it in the same location for a while.

High quality massage gun!
Writing a review after 3 months of usage: This is a very high quality massage gun. There are attachments available for different body parts. Very effective for those of us involved in intensive exercise, or also for people sitting all day. Helps really open up tight muscles and joints The build quality as well as the packaging is fantastic, and so is the battery life. The gun works easily for 4-5 hours of massage before it needs charging. This product is absolutely worth the price.

Good buy
Since I'm a guy last thing I have to do is take care of my feet last couple years they have been in pain from apparently years of wearing Adidas hardshell shoes what's your narrow and tight, anyway I needed something to help with the pain in my feet and this does the job. As far as temperature control I'm assuming it's fine I put really warm water in it it never gets too hot I can't ever really tell if it's any hotter than what I already put in it or not but it maintains the heat. I saw the cheaper ones and just wanted to avoid getting what I pay for so I got this one and I have no complaints and my feet to feel a lot better. The massage rollers work excellent.
