I have been using the INSMART Smart Scale for a while and it has been a great addition to my fitness routine. The best thing is that the app syncs directly with Apple Health for free, which makes it really easy to track all my stats in one place without any extra subscriptions. Only had the product for about a week or so now but they seem very soild with a good app to read all the metrics and easy to setup. The scales are accurate when it comes to the weight, it's a little hard to understand how accurate they are for body fat percentage but it seems consistent with weight increase / decrease. Said my resting heart rate was low inside the app which is a bad thing, I thought this was good? Additionally it explains the metrics but it would be useful if it dived into more why things were bad and explain it more dependent on your results. Some of the descriptions of the metrics are pretty basic. Good quality that is good value for money and easy to setup, I would recommend. Built quality feels premium

Sleek design and worth every penny spent. I have bought other versions of the INSMART scales, always been long lasting. I upgraded my scales to these after having my others for over 5 years, couldn’t recommend the quality enough. Easy to use and a very simple set up when connecting to the app on your phone. Great bonus feature on these is the heartbeat monitor. These scales give you all the information you need for a tracking your weightless journey. The digital display is bright and easy to read. If you’re looking for something thats light weight, not bulky and that gives you all the information you could ever need in one tap! THESE ARE THE SCALES FOR YOU!

Very good quality and easy to use with the added it connects to an app on your phone so you can save all your weight checks never loose your previous weight check. The only downside was the battery that was supplied was flat and didn’t work but apart from that every happy with the scales.

Had an analog medical set of scales which kept sticking before buying these. No comparison and these are more accurate. Helping me on my latest health kick

Can't give full review as it was delivered with low batteries so can't even get it to stay on long enough to connect which is pretty rubbish start fr being quite pricey expect better than that .. so need to wait now very annoying if still have issues after changing to new batteries I'm not going to even try sort IL just return can't be bothered with the stress

La bilancia è solida, precisa e soprattutto ricchissima di funzionalità: non si limita al peso, ma fornisce una marea di parametri (massa grassa, massa magra, acqua corporea, BMI, frequenza cardiaca, metabolismo basale e molto altro). Per chi ama monitorare con attenzione il proprio stato di forma, è uno strumento davvero completo. Il limite, secondo me, sta proprio nell’abbondanza di dati: non è semplice interpretarli se non si hanno competenze specifiche. Di questi tempi sarebbe utilissimo se l’app si integrasse con un sistema di intelligenza artificiale capace di spiegare in modo chiaro e personalizzato cosa significano quei valori, e magari suggerire anche comportamenti pratici. Sarebbe il passo avanti che renderebbe il prodotto davvero perfetto. In sintesi: ottima bilancia, precisa e ricca di funzioni, ma l’app potrebbe fare un salto di qualità se aiutasse anche a interpretare meglio i numeri.
