Yes, it can be used. Are you using it as per the directions? You have to spray on the vehicle while it is still wet. Do not use it dry. The main reason for streaking would be - you've used too much of the product. Two sprays for the car windshield should be enough.

Amazon was wonderful in refunding my expense as most of it had spilled during transportation but to answer your question 53410 i have used from J C Road Bangalore. its worth every penny, i will keep buying which i feel is one bottle a year maybe or longer
