This product tasted good and did everything that it claimed, when mixed in water its a little clumpy but not too bad. Works really well in milk or in an smoothie.

Love this product! It has helped keep my family and myself off of the catching colds and missing work and school track! Mixed with a little juice, I feel great about my family having those extra free radical defense.

I did not buy this product because there is only 49.2 mg of Vitamin C per serving. It is my understanding that the RDA for Vitamin C is now 90 mg, and consideration is being given to raising that to 120 mg. In my research, there is widespread assertion that the RDA is not nearly enough. Intervention dosage of Vitamin C is anywhere from 1,000 to 5,000 mg. At 49.2 mg per serving, this product does not seem at all adequate.
