As someone who used to dread and have no patience with baking, Baking Buddy has changed my outlook and made baking so much easier! I don't have to worry about using unnecessary oils and greases anymore, and the finished goods NEVER stick to the surface which was always an issue I had with other baking mats that I had used before because there was always sticking and the goods would be ruined, so it was astounding to finally have a mat that wouldn't ruin what I had baked and the presentation would turn out beautiful; this is a VERY high quality mat and works great! I had purchased the original mat in December and had immediately fallen in love with it. I even gifted my Mother-in-Law with one too whom has been baking addict her whole life and once she used this product she threw away her old mats because she said she has never seen quality like this in a mat before, but this new mat with designs is just as great if not better because it has a lot of helpful tips and very easy to follow instructions, so if you're someone who is new to baking you will love this, and even experienced bakers will too because there's a lot of information. I have been so impressed with these mats because they are high quality at professional standards and yet so affordable! You can do so much with this mat and it's fun to use!

This is a great product! Very durable and clearly will stand up for a long time in the oven. I particularly like all the great information on the front- really useful stuff like what ingredients to increase or decrease to make cookies crunchier or chewier, etc. I'm also a marketing guy, and I really appreciate all the great work these guys do on going above and beyond to add value to their products. The reason I bought this mat was because I watched one of their YouTube videos, which was informative and entertaining at the same time. Highly recommend!

This mat is fine for rolling out cookies, bread, etc. as it doesn't slide on counter and is non-stick. This means you use less flour and your dough stays the right consistency for the best flavor. However the printed boxes with measurements is too small and faint to read. You could reduce the boxes down to just the necessary and make the fonts bigger and darker.

Great product!I ordered it a while back and I loved it! It actually came the day before it was scheduled to arrive which is great (and sadly not true for must stuff on amazon but thats another topic...)! a few days later Baking buddy actually contacted me to make sure it had arrived on time,which is something all companies need to do! The man who called me was very nice and even sent me a few recipes (none of which I have had a chance to try yet but I hope I will soon!ANYWAY back to the product! It fit nicely in one of the cookie sheet I have and worked great on some store bought cookies I tried (im not much of a cook). the cookies came off the mat really well! My mom made some homemade biscuits on it and she said she liked that it had the hand conversions!I would recommend it to anyone who loves to cook!

Okay, so I am not a big fan of being in the kitchen to begin with, thus anything that can make my kitchen experience more enjoyable - I'm in! That said, my new "buddy" is indeed the Baking Buddy. Not only is the price super affordable, it actually does what it says, not to mention the cheat sheet baking measurements at a glance. Since I purchased the product and being the skeptical person that I am I had to use it three days in a row because somehow I thought it was too good to be true. The Baking Buddy has been a miracle and ease each use. I made cookies, biscuits and nachos...all of which slid nicely on to serving trays with no hassle whatsoever. The clean up was painless and very fast. No more parchment paper necessary if you own the Baking Buddy. For someone who loves easy in the kitchen because I don't like being in the kitchen, my only disappointment is that I wasn't introduced to this AMAZING product sooner. I love my Baking Buddy and I look forward to giving it as gifts as well as recommending to others!

At first I was a little annoyed.....the Baking Buddy only covered about half of my Baking Sheet. I am an industrial baker so I have a very large oven. I prepared the batter for one of our signature cookies. Since the Baking Buddy only covered half of the pan, only half of the cookies were baked on the silicone surface. Something interesting happened when I took them out of the oven though! The cookies that weren't baked on the Baking Buddy (same batter, oven temp, everything) came out DRIER then the other cookies. The baking was far less even and the bottoms were too crunchy....but the cookies Baked on the BAKING Buddy? Perfect! Evenly cooked, moist and crunchy on the inside. I'm blown away (that doesn't happen easily). I've never seen any product do this before, just bought a second one to cover the rest of the sheet! Recommend this product for anyone!

I have to say I'm largely impressed with this product. I love baking but it always seems to be messier than any other form of cooking and this took that factor away with class. The smooth silicone only needed light soap and a rinse after baking my apple-cranberry cookies and I couldn't have been happier. I also had the opportunity to bake with and without it in the same batch and there was a significant difference in the evenness of how the two sets baked. That crunchy layer that's just a tad too brown on the bottom of your cookies? The Baking Buddy eliminates that. Every one baked so evenly on the Baking Buddy and they stayed light and soft. Honestly, it's worth every cent. I'll be purchasing another in the future to bake bigger batches. Buy and enjoy!!!
