It goood and it has little sweet in it
Love it and taste amazing good already use it for my tres leche cake and taste oh some but be careful when using it has some sweet in it. I use it as a topping in my marchmallow Tres leche cake but it’s delicious

True to take flavor.
I am on my second purchase of this flavoring, since I can no longer find pistachio extract. I has a much truer taste than a liquid imitation extract that I purchased previously. If I can't find pistachio extract in the future, I will definitely purchase again.

Expensive but worth it!
I am a baker, and I looked at a lot of different pistachio extracts to buy. None of them had pistachio in them! I figured if I was going to pay a lot, I would get real pistachio. It is pricy, but it is so good! Packs a lot of flavor. I made ice cream and muffins with it, and my family flipped out over them both. Worth buying for a special treat every now and again. You get a good value for the money.

Delicious
I made whipped pistachio frosting using this powder and oh my goodness was it delicious! The smell of the powder alone will have your mouth watering. I can’t wait to use it again for another treat!

It's tasteless. Use pistachio pudding mix, as a substitute.
Rather tasteless. I now use pistachio pudding mix in my cakes n muffins. (I only add a quarter cup of milk or water, or one more egg (to compensate for the pudding mix, and follow the cake instructions.

The flavour is still there even after baking,definately buying again. Everyone loved the cake, they said its the best cake they have ever tasted.
