Is the boosted read speed with usap sustained or does it drop after a certain time? i want to use the drive to play back 4k files for video editing.

Speed is not as stated. I have found it to be same as the cheaper sabrent enclosure.

Is it possible to use a usb-c to a cable instead of the one provided?

I am only getting transfer rates of between 6mb/s - 70mb/s so takes an age to transfer. have crucial mx500 ssd installed
