Is there any way you can go inside the first cup tp decorate the inside cup?

Unfortunately no. The cups are sealed to keep water out.

Are these good for making snow globe tumblers?

I wouldn’t recommend these for that. When I tried, most ended up leaking between the walls at the top of the cup.
