Massage therapist & physio. I get a lot of tension from I’m physically work but Aso in neck/head & jaw from clenching. This is actually a great tool to use on yourself, ergonomic in the hand, I am able to use one nodule (foot of wee critter) for trigger point, two to run along the spine or smaller muscles and the back two feet or all 4 to get a wider range such as on larger muscles or areas that have bony areas to be worked around. It’s intuitive for a novice to use on you but I mainly use it on myself. Often will place it on my pillow and manoeuvre my head/neck to get that “ooo, yeah!” point No rought bits of plastic. Great to use over clothes, scalp & with oils (even corn starch) to give extra comfort and slip. This surprised me in how good it was and not just a gimmick. If this was made in glass, I would buy it again. Downside is that it is plastic so will degrade over time, maybe discoloured with oils & will hold scents after a while as plastic is porous. Make sure you wash it after use to prevent bacteria lingering on it if using it on skin and or multiple people. Using this every other night.

I bought this out of desperation, with serious low back pain. This is a great little device. Simple and sturdy. Very comfortable to use and really helped ease my back pain, by very quickly easing out the knots and spasms. The product is sturdy, very smooth with no sharp edges.

Good tool but need to be carful as it can slip. I support then end with my other hand as if it does slip because your applying pressure it can hurt the client especially if hits a bony part. It can be used with slipping motion but that's over the towel, mainly traps, hanstrings ect

i've basically damaged my psoas muscle (attaches the spine and crosses over the hip to the front of the leg). This makes is rather painful in the back, but also in the quads and leg when walking, sitting or lying down. This was bought alongside a bunch of massage devices, neoprene supports and what not. easily the cheapest and probably the most effective. really gets into the hip bone and is small and travel friendly

With aches and pains in my neck, back and shoulders I need something that I can use any time anywhere and this just jolly well darn fits the bill. You can very accurately target a trigger point with it and squeeze the darned old heck out of it. I have a massage gun, which I really like, but I actually rate this higher because you can use it so much more which is the best way to get those sneaky ol' trigger points.

Warning: This product broke after just one session; do not buy it! The massager consists of a solid body that merges into two legs, and then there are two more legs that are welded to the main piece. The joints on the welded legs are not strong enough and will easily break off when applying only minimal force. This is my main and only gripe with the product, as I think the shape is good, and the semi-transparent glass effect makes it look attractive, but it's weak and brittle, like a piece of rock candy. I've asked for a refund.

Par contre il est indispensable d'utiliser de l'huile ou un tissu, il ne glisse pas sur la peau sinon

Me lo compré para darme masajes en los brazos y antebrazos más que todo, para liberar tensión. Y funciona de maravilla, simple, fácil de usar y eficaz
