Does exactly what it is for
Do you too have an almost endless reel of Cat6 UTP cable? If so, this is exactly what you need in order to turn it into shorter pieces of Cat6 cable, with little plugs on it. If you are lucky, you might even get a working patch cable out of it. If not, not to worry, you have 99 attempts per pack. Hopefully you started out with a longer piece of Cat6 so you can cut off the ends a few times while you attempt to get it right.

Does what it says on the tin
I purchased these plugs as the product I previously used was out of stock. I must admit I was pleasantly surprised by how good these plugs are. Very easy to use and the cat 6 cable fits easily into the grips. The one improvement I was say is needed is that grip post crimping seem weak but in fact the cable are securely attached.

Generic RJ45's seem smaller than these, support lacking too
This was a pretty pointless purchase as I went with the non-passthrough plugs in the hopes that the 30 awg thickness cable (I assumed it was 28awg) would be just right, but the spacing is quite large and even larger than the completely regular rj45 plugs I had previously that ran out. The design of the gaps also allows for a lot more error as you think you got it right but as you push it shifts. I contacted the seller and I got the most generic responses so I gave up. Asking whether this was the smallest they had and whether there was a passthrough, just seemed as if they did not seem to understand.

Amazon has a lot of "knock off" CAT-6 ends that don't adhere to proper CAT-6 specifications or support proper wire thicknesses (aka just re-branded CAT-5 ends that are being sold as CAT-6). These ends are the real deal, good quality, and an excellent price for the quantity you get. Will buy more when I run out.
