Not working and only bought in May 2025. My last brush lasted for years and was much better and easy to use. Awkward to handle , hair gets caught up easily and no smooth finish. Wouldn’t buy again.

Purchase this as i could no longer get the big hair petite even though this is more expensive the wife is extremely happy with it Warning my purchase came with a two round pin plug no problem just use a shaving adapter or fit a normal plug easily done

This is unsuitable for UK market. I used an adaptor, as it comes with a 2pin plug, it ran for maybe 5 seconds and died.

Had to return 2 pin plug

Came with a continental plug so sent it straight back

Facile et maniable une fois que la prise en main est faite.

Geen wonderen verwachten, geeft geen glans en is lastig op te ruimen door lengte basisapparaat. Goed is dat er minder haar op vloer belandt, blijft namelijk in borstel zitten. Ook geen last van vastdraaien van haar. Je pikt de techniek makkelijk op van de draaiende borstelknopjes. Maar…. Het resultaat is bij mij niet beter dan mijn oude föhn jammergenoeg. Geen glans en haar nog frizzy. Al met al gebruik ik het met enige tegenzin en zou ik het niet aanraden. Gewoon een normale föhn kopen en deze vergeten.

This item should not appear on Amazon Canada or USA. It has a European plugin!! I had seen a previous Canadian review about this fact (while I was waiting for mine to arrive!), which has since been removed(!) I bought an adapter/converter but it doesn't work in many of my plug-ins...its really hit and miss. Also the rotating brush barely turns and certainly not when I try it on a piece of my hair. Not happy about this as Babyliss is a good name but it doesn't make sense to sell this item in a country that doesn't use European electricity. The description doesn't mention this! Very disappointing. I was given a return label shortly after my review above, however, postage is not paid. Cheapest charge was $31 plus to return with no tracking capabilites and going by boat i 🤔 💭. I debated long and hard about returning it then as i may find it not only never arriving at its destination but not getting any funds returned either. To pay postage to be able to track it jumped up to over $50. I am surprised this is still available on Amazon.ca.
