Right adapter and it works well
I am in UK. I knew I needed a plug adapter as it comes with a 2 pin EU plug. I didn't realise there was a difference between shaver, toothbrush adapters with 1 amp fuse and a travel plug with 13amp fuse. Didn't work with the 1 amp shaver adapter BUT got this from Amazon, VGUARD European to UK Plug Adaptor, BS8546 Certified Travel Adapter 2-Pin to 3-Pin, EU Schuko to UK Plug, THAT WORKED. I already know the curler itself is good as I have another older UK version . Good price considering what others cost nowadays. It curls my hair into a bob beautifully. It's light to hold and easy to rotate via thumb hold press. So there is the solution a 13 amp travel plug adapter for I think an EU 16 plug.

Big hair petite replacement possible
Purchase this as i could no longer get the big hair petite even though this is more expensive the wife is extremely happy with itWarning my purchase came with a two round pin plug no problem just use a shaving adapter or fit a normal plug easily done

Still waiting to get approval for return
This item should not appear on Amazon Canada or USA. It has a European plugin!! I had seen a previous Canadian review about this fact (while I was waiting for mine to arrive!), which has since been removed(!) I bought an adapter/converter but it doesn't work in many of my plug-ins...its really hit and miss. Also the rotating brush barely turns and certainly not when I try it on a piece of my hair. Not happy about this as Babyliss is a good name but it doesn't make sense to sell this item in a country that doesn't use European electricity. The description doesn't mention this! Very disappointing.I was given a return label shortly after my review above, however, postage is not paid. Cheapest charge was $31 plus to return with no tracking capabilites and going by boat i 🤔 💭. I debated long and hard about returning it then as i may find it not only never arriving at its destination but not getting any funds returned either. To pay postage to be able to track it jumped up to over $50. I am surprised this is still available on Amazon.ca.

Ya lo había probado porque lo tenía una amiga y es increíble cómo te deja el pelo sin ningún esfuerzo.Muy práctico y cómodo.En invierno utilizas el secador normal y ya para darle el acabado con el pelo gordo húmedo utilizas el cepillo.
