Dried parsley in a bag, nuff said.

Smells, looks and tastes like dried parsley, it's even better when reconstituted in sauces etc. No complaints here. EDIT:- loses a star because my second batch bag had some grit/sand in it, not much but enough to make teeth grind on it. Took a while to determine where it was coming from but I still use it because it tastes great, I just don't use the bottom of the container which ends up as dusty particles, I throw it away when it gets that low.

The product seems fresh. Surprisingly large bag. Didn't realise the weight specified would yield such a large quantity. So good value if you can use it up.
