You won't believe how good this is.
My faithful old Cambridge audio amplifier was starting to glitch through the left channel and not wanting to spend hundreds this side of Christmas i opted for this cheap amp.As a sound purist i don't like treble and bass adjustments, the people that created the music or soundtrack know how it's meant to sound so you get the raw pure sound as it's intended. This has none of those adjustments but thats ok with me.It's small, really small but don't let the size fool you, it's sound is deep and rich, i linked up to a good pair of maudant short speakers and connected to my TV via optical cable. The volume is loud and clear, the remote is sufficient although annoyingly on the same frequency as my tv leds so when i turn the volume up i change the colour of the leds fitted around the back of the tv. Small problem but not a real issue.I really can't compliment this unit enough.I watched a full film last night with the sound cranked right up, no glitches, no problems, crystal clear and didn't even get warm.I've only had it a couple of days so far but im happy.

Pretty good so far
Top marks for excellent bluetooth connectivity. Powers the spare speakers I had easily. Remote is very hand fir bith switching off, and volume control which it has three options for some reason. Its such a small unit too. 4 stars has yes doesnt have bass and trebke control or equaliser but thats minor as all can be done in app from phone or laptop. Havent used other connections including usb so cant report on those. Fingers crossed it lasts. Great buy.

Fantastic value for money.
well I gotta say for the money I am very happy. Hooked this up to my pc and 2 kef q5s and it sounds identical to the gigantic receiver I had before but less heat. Listening to music again for the money I can’t complain, though something about the sounds seems a little dulled. I have only noticed it on a couple of songs to be fair and that with Bluetooth using Spotify, I am sure using Winamps equaliser will be superb. It’s very clear and very good natural sound. It’s well worth the money. Recommended as a bloody good bargain!

Amazing for Stereo sound.
This is a great sounding stereo product for its price. I'm using Bluetooth from Apple Mac and USB SanDisk. I also connected my TV using a 3.5 headphone jack. I'm using Mordaunt short M10 speakers. Very cheap cable from Amazon basic. I'll do a more detailed review when I can.

Great value amp with multiple inputs and remote control
I feel a little churlish giving 4-stars for what is a tremendous value and great-sounding small amplifier. But there are a couple of small niggles that, IMO, warrant the loss of a star. The first is that the amp defaults to Bluetooth when it's switched on. As I'm using it with a TV and an optical connection it means having to select the correct input every time I switch the amp on.The second is that, according to my phone, the amp only seems to support the SBC Bluetooth codec which is the poorest quality typically available on phones and media players. There's a noticeable harshness of sound when using Bluetooth which vanishes when using a direct connection to the Aux input. Perhaps this is to be expected: aptX and LDAC are both proprietary and require payment of a licence fee which, given the price of the amp, may not fall within the supplier's budget. It is a shame though. On to the good points:The build quality is good with gold-plated connectors. The speaker terminals accommodate both plug and screw-down wire connections although thinner wire will need to be used for the latter as the holes are not very big.The amp sounds great with a pair of JBL Control One speakers across a range of music, both classical and popular. There is plenty of power and, being a Class D amplifier, it runs very cool. In fact at any sound level that I could cope with the amplifier case was completely cold.Power consumption is good: about 7W quiescent ie, when on but not playing anything. 2-4W when the amplifier is off.Overall: recommended as a low-cost remote controllable amplifier - there aren't many options out there in this price range!
