Excellent food. I have been using this kibble for nearly 3 years for my Doberman. Her overall health is excellent; she has excellent muscle tone, shiny coat, and energy. We walk an average of 2 miles a day; work out with obedience training and playtimes. She has no digestive problems and loves her food. Well worth the cost for such high quality dog food.

Been using this for over a year for our Boston Terrier and Maltipoo. Our Maltipoo is the pickiest dog ive ever owned and it took 3 yrs of her life to find a dogfood she would actually eat long term. Its THIS one!! I Love the ingredients and our dogs love the taste!

First of all, I would love it if this brand added raw bits to the dog food (like they do for the cat food). I would love it even more if they made it 100% meat (or better yet raw meat) with a little bit of bone in the mix. But this is the next best thing since it’s the highest meat content I could find in a dry dog food and my dogs will choose it over their old kibble. My 55 lb female dog was able to eat this food right away with no issues; however, my 80 lb male dog (who has always had tummy issues) needed to go slow. I’m talking a-tablespoon-the-first-week kind of slow. The second week was 2 tablespoons, etc. So it’ll be a while until he’s up to speed, but he’s getting there. Some dogs just take longer than others to adjust. Funny side story, when I began feeding my dogs this food my cat decided to start stealing it. She’s never done anything like this before so I bought the cat version and she’s thrilled, but occasionally still tries to steal the dog’s food. I got her the cat food that has the raw pieces, but I wish they made a version that was 100% raw meat with a bit of bone in it.

I have a 4.5 year old german shepherd and my baby girl deserves the best food. Open Farm is a wonderful brand, and I got grain inclusive of course. Since my dog was a puppy I have tried so so many different types of other dog food brands and her itching and ear infections never went away. For a bit she was on this brand of kibble but Venison protein, however I noticed my dog was passing a of gas after her meals and I realized the Venison is too rich in protein. so I switched to Lamb, she has been on the lamb for a few months now and the change I see in her is fantastic. she doesn’t itch like crazy anymore. I will continue to buy this brand.

We switched our dog to this food after he lost all his teeth. This kibble is super tiny so he can easily eat it without teeth! The food must taste delicious (although I haven’t tried it myself) but he loves it.

This is the only affordable kibble that my GSD stomach likes, no more wet poop. The last thing about purina I can’t forget was my dogs poo often or occasionally wet and the maggots growing in the bag, it was disgusting. Open Farm thank you !
