I am NOT a person who would normally write a review, but THIS ONE IS A WINNER!!! Beautiful, strong, quality material and so easy to install. It’s made a huge difference when showering - It’s not stiff and does not tangle!!! I AM EXTREMELY SATISFIED WITH THIS PURCHASE!!! I will post some pictures, you can observe in few of them, I’m intending to demonstrate how it also expands, retracts and vice versa, which makes this shower hose easy to handle and manage. Overall a great buy that I would recommend and purchase again.

The outer spiral casing doesn't remain intact for more than a year of daily use by just two adults. The hose/shower is still usable, but needs to be treated with care or reinforced.

Read the reviews and thought I would give the cheapest I could find a go. I am not disappointed .... (just installed it though!) Easy to attach; took 2 secs! Water pressure back to fantastic. Arrived the next day as promised. Altogether really happy I no longer have a leaking shower hose and that my water pressure is back through the shower head. Would recommend.

The shower head button to change pressure doesn’t work. Seems to be broke. The pressure also isn’t great. Having to use our original shower head!

I've tried a couple of universal fit products and had to return them. This comes with different size washers and it fits my shower perfect.

The extra reach of this hose is very handy when bathing a dog as you can easily aim up underneath even when the dog keeps gravitating towards the other end of the bath. It doesn't look stupidly long like the phone cords on American TV shows that seem to stretch the length of the house, in fact it looks perfectly normal when the shower head is in its holder.

Is it lightweight? Yes, and significantly lighter than its OEM equivalent. That was my first warning sign. Is it universal? Sort of. The fitting on one end is really for a bath shower mixer tap and not either for a Mira surface mount or buried-in-valve unit. Second warning sign. Crud filters fitted? Yes but more a bit of mesh that’s too small and just pushed in, so it falls out immediately. Third thing that raises a note of caution. Threading OK? Yes but only just. The valve end threading isn’t deep enough meaning insufficient turns for a good hold. The get it to seal fully means using tools. Not a good idea on a plastic thread! Not looking good here is it? Shower end a good fit? We’ll it screws on but is a much smaller diameter than OEM so rattles in the holder rather than sitting fully and securely in. Oh oh….. What about in service use? It’s a hose and it works but the assembly is actually a thinner diameter and the flow rate falls as a result. Ours is a pumped system at 2Bar but the pressure flow was definitely lower. After using it for a month, it has been removed to be used as an emergency spare (as the last genuine one lasted 20 years it will very likely never be used) and a genuine OEM replacement fitted. OK it’s double the price but the genuine one is far better quality. For me this product is ok (small for a reason) and the ‘Buy cheap, Buy twice’ rule applies. It got me out of a bind waiting for a genuine one but is now back in its packaging.

Il prodotto va bene, ma il problema è la consegna, avendo prime arriva nei tempi giusti, poi cosa succede, la società che trasporta il pacco, con non so quale accordo, consegna lo stesso ad un centro, per il ritiro io devo pagare un euro. Questo non va bene Vorrei delle delucidazioni in merito, e perché non viene preannunciato all’atto di acquisto
