Don't knock it till you try it
TL; DR: They are made of foam, not rubber, and don't feel sticky when you take them out of the box. However, they actually stick on really well and keep things from sliding even when not used as instructed. I'm using these for something a little more unconventional. I have hanging file bins that I keep stored in my closet for all my sentimental and important documents. They get pretty heavy (though still lighter than most furniture) and cumbersome to pull out of the tight corner of my shallow closet where I have them stored. I decided to stack them on a cheap moving dolly that happens to be covered in carpet. Just one problem: Plastic does not stay put on carpet or on other plastic. They would slide around instead of rolling with the dolly. So I decided to try these sticky pads out. First impression I was convinced that they were not going to work. They were not at all what I expected. I thought they would be more like a rubber pad with adhesive on the back. Instead, these are more of a foam, like that double sided adhesive with foam in the middle that you use to stick posters on walls, except here only one side has adhesive. They did not feel grippy to the touch at all. But, they were cheap, so what the heck? I might as well try them out. Boy was I wrong. Despite my bins having raised edges for feet (the pads are only stuck on those edges and are not flush with the bottom), these guys really do their job. I have not had either bin slide off since I stuck them on, so they work great on both carpet and slick surfaces even with less weight and surface area keeping them there than they are designed for. Whole setup cost me less than $20 (dolly is from Harbor Freight) and rolls around nicely now. My back thanks you :)

Great Grip and Stability — Perfect for My Photo Booth
These furniture gripper pads worked great! I used them to help stabilize my photo booth, and they made a big difference. The booth feels much more secure and doesn’t slide around like it did before. They were easy to use, stick well, and gave me peace of mind during events. Definitely a great little product for anyone needing extra stability on furniture or equipment.

No more sliding furniture wow, small but life changing. Thank you!
Wow such an amazing product! Finally the house sliding. I have two 80lbs Old English Sheepdogs and when they jump on the sofa it slides, when they jump at the TV the entertainment center slides, bench at the end of the bed slides every time they jump on and off the bed. Worried they might get hurt. Put these amazing perfect size pads on the feet if the sofa, tables, and benches and for the first time my house isnt sliding during the tornadic zoomies of two large dogs in a small house. Finally my furniture stays in place. Safe for the dogs and better for the furniture and one less room looking like two tornadoes but it about every 15 minutes. It's a run er texture rubber pad and it's small it's might, but it's incredible thank you!

The non-slip grip, strong adhesive, and versatility make them a valuable addition to any home
**GorillaPads CB147 Furniture Grippers - Non-Slip Rubber Floor Protectors** As someone who values keeping my floors in good condition while ensuring my furniture stays in place, I decided to try the GorillaPads CB147 Furniture Grippers. I was looking for an effective solution to prevent my furniture from sliding around and to protect my hardwood floors from scratches. **What I Like:** - **Non-Slip Grip**: These furniture grippers work exceptionally well in keeping furniture in place. I’ve used them on a variety of pieces, including sofas, chairs, and tables, and they’ve significantly reduced the sliding, even on slick surfaces like hardwood and tile. The rubber material provides excellent traction. - **Floor Protection**: In addition to preventing furniture from moving, the GorillaPads do a great job of protecting floors from scratches and scuffs. The pads are thick enough to create a cushion between the furniture and the floor, which is especially important for heavier pieces. - **Strong Adhesive**: The adhesive backing is strong and ensures the pads stay attached to the furniture legs. Even after moving the furniture around a bit, the pads remained securely in place, which adds to their durability and effectiveness. - **Versatility**: These pads are versatile and can be used on a wide range of furniture types and flooring surfaces. Whether it’s a large sofa or a small chair, the pads can be trimmed to fit different sizes, making them adaptable to various needs. **What I Don’t Like:** - **Adhesive Residue**: While the adhesive is strong, it can leave a bit of residue on the furniture if you decide to remove the pads. This isn’t a major issue but might require some cleaning to remove any sticky remnants. - **Thickness**: The pads are quite thick, which is great for protection, but they might slightly elevate your furniture. This could be an issue if you prefer your furniture to sit flush with the floor or if the added height is noticeable. - **Price**: The GorillaPads are a bit more expensive than some other furniture protectors on the market. While the quality justifies the price, it might be a consideration if you need a large quantity for multiple pieces of furniture. **Bottom Line:** The GorillaPads CB147 Furniture Grippers are an excellent solution for anyone looking to keep their furniture in place while protecting their floors from damage. The non-slip grip, strong adhesive, and versatility make them a valuable addition to any home, particularly if you have hardwood or tile floors. While they are slightly more expensive and can leave some adhesive residue, their overall effectiveness and durability make them a worthwhile investment. If you’re tired of your furniture sliding around and want to protect your floors, these grippers are a great choice.

Finally! Dog-Proof Furniture Pads that Actually Work
I have a large ottoman positioned by a window specifically so my dogs can look out. In the past, I’ve tried several different "non-slip" pads, but nothing could keep the ottoman in place when the dogs were running and playing. I decided to give these Slipstick GorillaPads a try, and I am beyond impressed. Why these stand out: Unbeatable Grip: My dogs haven't been able to budge the ottoman since I put these on. They provide a "mighty grip" that actually stays put on the floor. Easy Application: The self-adhesive backing made them incredibly simple to peel and stick onto the furniture feet. Durability: They feel high-quality and puncture-proof, which is great for high-traffic furniture. True Non-Slip: Unlike other brands I've used before, these actually do what they claim to do. If you have pets or kids that turn your furniture into a sliding board, save yourself the hassle and just get these. They work and protect your floor with just a quarter size pad.

It worked! Yay! (mostly)
Update: although these do grip well, they don't last. Over time they just stop working and the stickiness goes away. I ordered these in March and it's now December and I have had to replace some of them a few times. I finally just took off the ones on my loveseat-sized sofa - if I wanted to lean my back against the couch, it would move back. And the little discs kept dislodging as the stickiness didn't last. I have some under a chair that still seem to work okay but I rarely sit in that chair so they don't have regular use but at least those are still in use so my money wasn't completely wasted. I would not reorder these again and in fact I just ordered a different kind/brand. ------- My new loveseat/sofa would slide back any time I wanted to sit on the floor and put my back against it. Or just in general if I sat in it a certain way it may move back. It was driving me crazy. So I found these and since I've used Gorilla products before, I was fairly confident, but still, wasn't sure it would work. But it did work! That loveseat isn't budging. I sat on the floor and leaned my weight on it and it didn't budge. I tried moving it by pulling on the back of it - didn't budget, unless I put some pressure to it. I also used these on a chair, and as well I had a wobbly metal table and these took out the wobble, though I did have to cut them down for that. Wish they made smaller sizes! I am so happy with this solution to my problem. Easy to use. Could protect floors as well. To consider: -These may not stay on if you slide them across a rug - they could come off - the glue isn't super duper but I wouldn't want something that adhered too strongly anyway. -If you want to move your furniture, it's going to be more difficult. You'll either have to pick up the furniture, or push/pull it with a little more effort (and the pads may come off but they stick back on), or remove the pads, move the furniture, and then replace the pads. Recommend.

Gorilla non slip pads
They really work. My chairs constantly moved with no pressure. Now they are difficult to move. I love them. They made such a difference. Easy to install

The best I've found so far
I'm using them for grip button pads on the Steam controller 2. They are firm, not too soft, with a little tread on the surface. The adhesive is better than most products I have tried like this. I'm sure they would work great on drawers and cabinets too.

Good grip but might have to stick them on with superglue.
Are the only thong, so far, to stop my couches moving. Only problem is the sticky part did not stay stuck to the feet of my couch. I have had to superglue them and they seem to be staying now and couch stays put.

Ridiculous claims given about the product in the website
Pads are coming off from chair legs and also sticking to the floor and becoming paper thin within just a few hours of use. Absolutely useless and fraud claims made in the website.

They work!!
I was looking for something like this to stop my recliner from moving on my floor boards and prevent scratching them. Well, they work. The chair no longer moves and no more scratches!!

Good value
These tabs really do grip well. I bought them to put on the base of a table easel to keep it from skidding - and these did the trick!

Very good quality, good adhesion…
Typical Gorilla quality, it seems… just hope the adhesive lasts over time, but it has started off reliably 😊
