Kuhn Rikon Colori® Paring Knife – 4 Inch Japanese Stainless Steel, Nonstick Blade, Ergonomic Handle & Sheath, Rainbow

I purchased two of these because my daughter and I have been cooking together quite a bit. We love these paring knives! The blades are very sharp, as are the tips, making meal prep a breeze. The sheaths were a big factor in my choosing this knife over others because having bare blades in a drawer is dangerous and bad for the knives. I've been gradually replacing my lower-quality knives with Cutco's, but their paring knives don't come with a sheath for some reason. These have been a suitable alternative, and have held up well with a lot of use and no sharpening to date. The handles are comfortable and the knives are easy to clean or toss into the dishwasher. There's no wiggle in the tangs or traces of rust on the blades, despite many runs through the dishwasher. They both look brand new. I'm very pleased with the quality, especially for such a great price!

Love this knife and have bought several as small gifts. Super sharp, easy to clean, nice small size. It's my go-to knife unless I need a longer blade.
