Very easy to use and gives consistent readings. The cuff fits well on the upper arm and the display is clear and simple to read. It feels reliable for home monitoring and is great value for money.

I have been using it for about 10 times. I’m very happy with this blood pressure monitor. It’s accurate, easy to use, and feels really well-made. One of the best features is that it can be used with a USB cable( included in the box), not just batteries so I don’t have to worry about replacing batteries all the time.

Seems ok so far, simple to use. Ive had some in the past and they had to much information on them. So so far so good, good price and I’m not paying for what I don’t need.

This blood pressure monitor was simple to set up and easy to use. The screen is large and clear to read, and the cuff felt comfortable. Readings were quick and straightforward, making it handy for checking blood pressure at home between appointments. Good value for money and comes with everything needed to get started.

I recently had baby in April 2021, my blood pressure shot to 240/180….crazy cos I could have had a stroke or heart attack but thank God I didn’t. In less than 6 weeks my pressure is now at 130/88 with no medication. I aim is 120/80 but I’m now out of danger zone. These capsules in my opinion will only work along with some drastic life changes. So, I refused to take medication cos I don’t believe that’s the solution for me. I decided that my baby needed me to be healthy and I react badly to any medication. So I changed my lifestyle completely. Firstly learn to manage your stress-relax daily, laugh and be happy, let go of things and keep her positive energy up always. I now exercise daily for 30 mins to 1 hour -fast pace aerobics/walking or running, keeping heart rate above 180 bpm if you can. This helps to keep your blood vessels relax and blood flow easily around your body. The more active you are the better for your heart. If your heart is working too hard to pump the blood around your body then your pressure will remain high. I drink at least 3 litres of water daily- I’m exclusively breast feeding so this is needed plus minimum 8 hrs sleep. Plus eat no sodium, no salt added to my food/this was a challenge but I’m used to it now. My salt intake is now only from products that already have salt added to them which is fine. Stopped or reduced eating white potatoes, white rice, sugar, processed food/bread. Low salt diet is essential to keep pressure down. My diet now is lots of salad, salmon, chicken and fish, no red meat…no good for blood pressure. Lots of bananas and avocados/ lots of leafy greens/veg- kale, spinach, broccoli sweet potatoes. Maintain your iron and vitamin D levels-I take supplements daily. Finally omega 3 daily for healthy heart and brain function 😊. This is the best I felt in years, fitter and looks great too at 40; my body is doing things I couldn’t do before literally 😉. I’m so happy I’m on this journey and will keep it this way. Finally I bought a blood pressure monitor to monitor my pressure /it’s all good now. Self discipline is all it takes to be healthy. Medication is not always best for high blood pressure, lifestyle change is the key to a faster recovery. Good luck to being fitter and healthier. I check my pressure every two days, before I did it daily. sometimes it helps to have a break/I think having anxiety about the reading can push up your pressure so make sure you’re relax and empty your bladder before a pressure reading. So far it’s looking good.

Well designed sturdy little unit. I work in healthcare and this performs like any other blood pressure monitor I’ve used in a professional setting. Compact and ideal for travelling. Confident when using this that I’m getting an accurate reading and it has clear and straightforward functions and monitor readings are clear large enough to see clearly. Very pleased to get an item of this quality for the price.

Just received the GPZON (model B26) blood pressure monitor from Amazon. Having researched many devices I am very pleased with this purchase, it is straight forward and easy to use, and importantly appears to be clinically accurate. We have had several blood pressure monitors, previously all use the wrist area to monitor BP, whereas the GPZON uses a cuff that you place you upper arm in which I understand registers more accurate results. Its easy to set up, just put in batteries (4 x AAA) set up the date/time and its ready to use. You can record results for two users (240 memory registers in all) it comes with a USB cable for mains use (but not charging) but no connection to external software, which would have been a nice touch, though you could easily input that into many online applications. The BP accuracy seems great, but be aware that the arm cuff when inflating can be quite uncomfortable and squeezes you quite hard, but that is necessary for an accurate measurement, so no way around that I feel. If that would be something that you couldn’t bear, especially if used regularly, then you are perhaps better looking at a wrist BP monitor. Having hypertension, I wanted a good quality accurate BP monitor and this unit certainly fulfils its task there, one point I would to state, the instructions should be followed as to when and how best to measure your BP with this device (or any device) time of day, before medication and food, and sitting in a relaxed position with the correct arm posture, are all important things to do if you want to attain accurate BP measurements, the manual gives some pointers, but you may find this website also provides to helpful advice. https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/high-blood-pressure/in-depth/high-blood-pressure/art-20047889

I have high blood pressure and am trying different meds, but so far some not working so essential I can check it daily my last machine broke but this one is even better the cuff on this one feels a lot more like the Drs it got that tight feeling the other oddly did not. Easily adjustable for any size arm , and so easy to use, shows you where to position for a correct reading and then just press start. This inflates this then it goes slowly down showing your pulse as well as the settled blood pressure at the end You can store the reading pressing M for reference and any changes which is great! This is battery or USB , I only had USB to start and was worried it would not store past readings but it did and they are accurate as match my Drs, so very happy with this little machine .
