If you need to poop this is the med you need!
I love this product but sometimes it’s hard to find on Amazon. These are chewable tablets a big d very tasty, they taste like kiwi and I actually poop like a normal person it’s wonderful. I have IBS plus I take several meds that make me constipated so I stay that way this is the only thing I have found that isn’t too strong everything else makes me have another problem this is just right I love it.

Waste of money, DOESNT WORK
Wish i could get a refund. Recommended dosage: 2 a day, i took triple that and still nothing. Not efficacious, useless, waste of money. It has 20 calories for no reason, but it tastes pretty good. It’s a overpriced candy, zero effects.

Very good product
My doctor recommended this for dealing with intermittent bowel disorder. It really worked for me and I now take it on a regular basis.

Too expensive
Rating three stars for effectiveness. Otherwise, these are way too expensive for what they are. About $17 per bottle and you only get 15 days worth because you take two a day. I bought equate brand fiber supplements for $3 and some change at Walmart for 90 chewable tablets. They are just as effective and you get 60 more for like $14 less. I do not recommend these due to the steep price.
