Lenox Blue Bay 12-Piece Dinnerware Set

Writing this review after using daily for 2 years. Still delighted with this purchase. This gold trim still looks perfect and there is not a chip, crack or any fading. I use this set daily and it goes in the microwave and dishwasher without any problems. Highly recommend.

Beautiful set! I’ve purchased 2 now. After using first set for a year, no gold has chipped or rubbed off. Washed in dishwasher most of the time.

Update It’s been almost a whole year since I have purchased these. I still love them, they hold up great. Food is easy to clean off of them. They are just so beautiful! I have only just unboxed this set. I’m in Love. I bought the set, then 4 pasta bowls and 4 extra dessert plates. This set is so stunning! I’m also so happy that they came packaged with so much care, I was so worried that I might get broken pieces.

The dinnerware is remarkable. It came in a very luxurious and safe packaging, I could have send it abroad and it wouldn’t get broken. This dinnerware is so luxurious yet easy to use for every day because you can put in a dishwasher. I just love it and ordered another one.

I purchased these for a wedding gift. I have owned Lenox dishes for years so I was confident they would be beautiful and they are. The bride loved them.

I had some worries ordering from Amazon but the dishes came very well packed and not one broke in transit to me. This is a beautiful pattern that is mix n match style and I love the variety of the patterns. Will make an excellent everyday and special ocasssion china. Also, the plates are intentionally wonky, they look had throw, but are porcelian. They wont stack up perfectly flat because of the design so don't expect that.

While the set of Dinnerware is beautiful one of the desert plates arrived broken. I sent a message thru the product support link here on my Amazon order, and Lenox responded with a link to their replacement form. I completed it and they steadfastly refuse to replace the broken plate telling me to contact Amazon. I even sent them a copy of the initial contact with instructions from their own representative telling me to complete the replacement form so they could replace the plate and they just keep giving me the runaround because I bought it from Amazon. If I knew then what I know now about Lenox customer service, I would never have spent hundreds of dollars on this set and all the extra pieces I wanted for the set, which now is incomplete since they refuse to replace the plate!! LOUSY Service!!!!
