Sharp they make cutting a breeze

This is an easy review. I've never used a peeler this efficient for sweet potatoes etc. Just incredible how fast you can peel with this peeler. Same for the knives. It was day and night switching to these from my old dull knives. It's been about a year and the smaller straight edge pairing knife is now dull from use. Debating sharpening or just getting another one. If the cost is comparable, I'll just get another one. Great value for what you get here and I love the red in contrast to the usual black for knives. This is simply a no-brainer.

Magnificent kitchen tools that are excellent for daily use.

Extremely sharp , high quality blades. (Warning, it's very easy to cut yourself!) I took off one star because the plastic handle is lightweight. The knives and peeler would better balanced in the hand if they were in a heavier material. Great value for the price. If I were to rate the tomato knife alone, I would give it 5 stars - it makes cutting tomatoes a joy!

Best knives ever! Have given so many sets to family and friends who have also loved them.

Los uso a diario en cocina profesional y son un esencial en mi kit. El cuchillo de sierra es una maravilla para cortar tomates y cítricos, para cortar cosas que requieran más fuerza mejor uno de pan pues la hoja es fina. El pelador para tomates, kiwis, mangos, papayas, etc, va fenomenal. La puntilla se afila muy fácil y es bastante flexible. Son muy útiles pero hay que saber que son para determinadas tareas.

Ya he comprado en otras oportunidades y la calidad es excelente, el pelador es excelente prácticamente no tienes pérdida, pela una capa súper delgada y se aprovecha al máximo, los cuchillos funcionan a la perfección.
