These were a nice comfort upgrade for my winter boots and I now use them all the time. I’ve never liked “arch support” products in the past (always felt like they were forcing my foot into an awkward shape) but being able to order insoles specifically for flat feet has changed my mind. I tried them in my running shoes after being impressed by how supportive they felt in my boots, and they significantly reduced a pain that I get in one of my hips after too much cardio. I think having something keeping my ankle from rolling in too far was good for the pressure on the rest of my joints. Or it could have been the better shock absorption. They’re on the harder side, so I’m hoping they last a while. The arch definitely won’t be crushed or flattened by the weight of being stood on. If you’re looking for something really spongy/cushioning, then these might not fit the bill, they’re more orthopedic imo.

I had flat feet as a child, I am uncertain how low my arches are now but I know that prior to these insoles my feet were in painnnn. I am a server so I am on my feet and moving for long hours at a time. These insoles have saved not only my feet but also my leg pain. I couldn’t believe it!! I do want to note that I remember it took a few days for my feet to adjust to the harder insoles. I was a little nervous that they would always feel as noticeably stiff and cause some discomfort around my arch area. But I pushed through that and within a week my feet adjusted and I did not notice them anymore. So don’t be discouraged! I was putting off investing in quality insoles because I thought I could get away with the cheaper dr.scholls or random amazon brands designed for low arches/flat feet. The cheaper insoles would only reduce the foot fatigue and pain I would experience. I did not imagine a world where it could be completely gone. If you are putting off the investment, this is your sign to try them out. Especially if you have a demanding job/responsibility to be on your feet for long periods of time. I highly recommend.

Nice and sturdy. I'd like to believe they've helped my feet. They dont feel as fatigued from my shoes. Standing and walking 8hours 5x a day for work, in Brooks GhostMax shoes. These helped where my heel cushions feel worn out. My feet still hurt, but I know they hurt alot less because of these insoles. I just with they offered more cushioning, not in the entire insole, but on the heel as well. Also, they are a little small, I'll go a size up next time and trim them at the tips if needed.

These inserts are awesome and hold up to a lot of use. My daughter has these in her barn work boots. She got a pair about a year ago because her knees were hurting after a long shift orld taking care of horses. They really helped with her knee pain. She typically has her boots on 5 days a week and really works in them. The first pair held up for almost a year with almost constant hard use. She know has pairs in all of her shoes. Great product!!

Fits easily into my shoes. I own several pairs and helps me feel comfortable in my shoes. Gives my foot great support and no pain.

It works for the first 2-3 weeks and then it just flattens out, so definitely not worth the price if it only lasts u a month. I was working 6 days of the week for the entirety of usage.

Finally! The correct insole! Overall I am very happy with this purchase. Insoles are difficult to buy and even with a prescription, it is often unclear what is best for you. No need to cut, good low rise arch support that doesn’t create new problems, solid stability and just the right amount of cushion. I will purchase them again.
