Why would this not be good for foods like hot soup, as one reviewer notes?

My hot contents stays warm for about 4 hrs Not super hot but acceptable I pre heated mine with boiling water, and that appears to help

Would this be good to keep my breast milk cold while I'm working?

I have only used mine with hot food and it keeps it warm. It keeps the temperature of the stuff you put in. Thus, breast milk would be at around 90degrees unless refrigerated. At least I would think.
