What is this satin made of: rayon, cotton, polyester?

I’m pretty sure it is polyester. I did put glitter HTV on the one I ordered using a heat press with a Teflon sheet covering it. Hope this helps

Can these be cut at bottom to make stoles for teenage boys?

I think you could, but they are very stiff, so they wouldn't lay well around the neck. You could make a pleat on both sides of the neck and then glue or sew it. They are very lightweight, so again they may not hang well.

Is just one side 30" so total is 60"?

I’m not positive but we wore them as sashes so I’m pretty sure they are 60
