Doesn't support audio
if you connect wirelessly or via usb the mic jack does not work. So you will need to have a wireless headset, a usb audio doggle, or get creative with your other controller. Either way this is worth it. I hate the ps4 controller with a passion & well yeah have fun

Scammed or simple mistake. Then corrected.
The box said it was the right product, but the box and the product looked used instead of new. After looking closer the product in the box was not the XE model but the Xbox One to PS4 model. Sending in for an exchange hoping that they will send the right product. Will update later.Update: originally I put at one star for previous reasons, but received my replacement package. The first 2 pics from original package and other 4 from replacement. The new one was actually sealed properly. When opened, the proper item was in the box with all the extras (like the keychain and stickers). Tested my old xbox 360 fightstick on the ps4 and works great.

Needs some work, but for quick access using the Elite 2, it's the best option there is.
Pros:-Works perfectly, both wireless and wired-Blue LED makes it easy to see it has connected when wirelessCons:-Requires a reconnect every single time you start the PS4-No headset support at all-Color and size of USB stick really stands out against PS4 design-Does not power on PS4I've been using the Brook adapter for the Elite 1 controller for some time but it is not compatible with the Elite 2 because XBox wanted to shaft its customers and force them to pay another $200 in 2 years when the battery dies with its decision to use a non-replaceable battery.Looking at several alternatives and reading reviews, this adapter looked like the best option, and experience with Brook was a huge factor given how well the Elite 1 version did.Unfortunately, this device needs some major work, which is why I rated it 3 stars.Don't put away the PS4 controller because you'll need it to start the console. The PS4 powers down the USB when the PS4 is powered down, and once the device loses power, it also loses connection. Even wired, the PS4 cannot be turned on.For wireless mode, you will need to reconnect the controller every single time. To do so requires you to click the buttons on the USB stick and resync the controller, which is annoying. I finally switched to wired mode, but this has its issues as well, especially if you don't have a long enough USB cord.I cannot understand why this device cannot use the headset. It makes no sense to me, especially since the connector for the Elite 1 works perfect for both PS4 and Switch. As of this writing, there hasn't been a software update, so if you're looking for voice while gaming, you can't use the Elite 2.This may be a bit nitpicky, but it's important to me because I've already knocked this thing out of the USB drive twice, and that's the design and color. It sticks about 3" out from the front of the console, and I have to use the front because I have no room behind the console to use the rear USB. Because of this, walking by the console at times and I bump into this thing all the time.I don't dislike pink, but the color of the USB stick really stands out against the black console color. I corrected this by placing black tissue paper around it just to hide the color (but light enough I can see the blue LED when it's connected). Here's hoping some of the issues get fixed, but it's unlikely while it remains attached as a USB device. Maybe the company can build a harness around the Elite 2? Just an idea.Once it's connected, the device works perfectly and I have no issues or lag using the Elite 2 on the PS4. For the few days I did play wirelessly, I never lost a connection until the PS4 was powered down.I switched to wired mode because I was annoyed with the pairing setup every time I wanted to play. All I have to do now is press the XBox button to register the player account to the controller, and that's it. I have the DS on the table to power on the PS4, so I'm playing within 30 seconds, as opposed to the 2+ minutes trying to pair it.Thanks for reading and have a nice day!

Works with Xbox 360 mad cats fight stick
I am using to connect my Xbox 360 mad cats street fight 4 fight stick to my ps4 to play mobile suit Gundam maxiboost on. This was the least expensive solution compared to buying a new fight stick.
