How would you store this and how long is it able to last without being frozen?

Hello, If the rusk is stored in a dry airtight sealed container it can for a number of months. It will be the air and moisture that will spoil the product. If it’s not possible to store in an airtight container then it would be advised to put them in freezer. Thanks for your question.
