My go puck won't turn off ... I've tried everything . Can you please help! Reid holding down the butting tried clicking it several time and doing different combinations and nothing

This thing rocks!! I'm able to charge all my devices while out in the woods for the weekend or at the race track taking video and photos all weekend. Has all the connectors I need for my iPhone or Android.
