Is it waterproof ? Can I wear it under rain?

I have worn in in the rain and been protected. I have had many people inquire where I got my hat.

My head cap measurement is 22". This cap doesn't stretch. 18 inches for thinside liner with 3" for Velcro.. So, 25" os all you get. The face cover is close fit, but not uncomfortable. This has been my experience.

Are these hats washable? Where is it made from?

I have not washed my hat as of yet so I can not tell but if I do wash it I would by hand and not in washing machine.

Part of my hat did not come: the face and chin flap.

I had the same issue and contacted the seller and they sent me a new one with everything included.
