How big are the capsules? Compared to a regular aspirin...

Compared to a regular aspirin, these capsules are about the length of an ibuprofen, not as wide BUT much easier to swallow because of the capsule.

The directions say to use a dropper “full” but my dropper will only fill up half way! is that what they mean by a “full” dropper?

As a chemist there is a direct conversion for ml to drops which I often use. Drops are quite consistent in the way they form from a dropper. The conversion from ml to drops is 2 drops = 0.1ml therefore 0.7 ml = 14 drops. It’s a very simple calculation which can be verified online. Search for “convert ml to drops” and you will find this answer to be accurate.

The dropper cap...cracked and all the contents spilled out. How do i receive a refund? (Pictures upon request)

This kept happening to me. Had to send back bottle with broken dropper in order to get a replacement. Finally gave up and ordered from another company.
