Works very well for any sort of pain. Do be careful as it gets EXTREMELY hot on the skin after a while so I don’t recommend trying to sleep with it. It can leave some marks when you take it off but for me it’s worth it for the pain relief

Don’t buy a con
I don’t understand why they allow theses things to be sold , it’s just a very large plaster how can they say it has all the ingredients, there was no heat it would not stay on and brought out a very big sore
