This was a perfect add on to the play gym as our baby started to explore cause and effect. After 4-5 months of the play gym, we were looking for ways to add variety, and these sensory strands fit the bill. The strands are different texture, they make sounds as my baby touches each one, and he seems to enjoy this even after a couple of months. As he gets older, he's going from swatting the strands to now trying to hold on to them and pull himself up which is a nice plus as we are gearing up for him to learn to sit up.

I thought it was too pricey at first. Didn’t buy this with the play gym until my baby was around 3 months old. My baby was obsessed with this for months and kept her occupied on the mat so I could leave her to do quick things around the house. The size is bigger than I thought. Easy to put on the play gym and easy to clean. Great quality with different textures and sounds.

Love this item and so does our son! Fit right onto our LOVEVERY set in seconds and our son gets a kick out of it! The different textures and noises have him extremely curious and constantly interested. We are also big on cleaning everything he touches (because distribution is distribution if you know what I mean), we tossed it in the wash and hung dry it and the condition stayed great!

These sounds are so relaxing, it could put you to sleep. My LO loved her gym before, but this makes her want to play with it all the time. It's easy to strap on top the frame and I don't have to worry about her bonking herself with it bc it's super soft. Great product.

I wish it was standard with the play gym. It made a huge difference in how engaged my baby was compared to using the play gym without it. 100% worth purchasing for us. It’s his favorite part.

I was looking for more items for our play gym for a baby that's super into using her hands right now and this addition was awesome! She loves it! The gym felt a little empty the way it first came and I wish I'd had this for my other children !

I absolutely love the Lovevery Sensory Strands! They’ve been one of the best additions to our baby’s Lovevery play gym. The different textures, soft sounds, and bright visual movement keep my little one engaged for so much longer during tummy time and independent play.

Bought these as a Xmas present when son was 3 months old. Even when we handed him the present he could hear the jingles and he got excited. Absolutely obsessed with them and still plays with them now at 7 months old. They’re simple but easy and impactful enough to function for the baby to learn skills from. Detachable too which makes it versatile and transportable (stroller, cot etc). It’s easy to set up and is colourful but muted enough to catch the baby’s eyes without looking like an ugly toy. Also quality is good that you can forget trying to diy to replicate cause these strands will last a long time. Plus getting materials to do it yourself will probably cost you £30 or more anyway. Not to mention the time it takes. Also how do you know if the design you’re choosing is appropriate for your baby’s brain development? At least these sensory strands have experts design it, which takes that stress out of it for you to figure out if your botched DIY job is doing anything useful. It’s just one less thing to worry about as a parent. Cost per use now feels low because of how much he plays with them. Also they have the right amount of different sensory exploration and sound without it being an irritating kids toy. Go on buy the strands, you know you want to!

Our baby absolutely loves these. She loves the textures and the sounds. We don’t regret adding them to our play gym.
