So Delicious!
My hectic life caused me to wait awhile before using this spice blend. I finally got to put it to use today on pork chops. This is a seriously delicious spice blend. I saw it used on a top cooking contest show currently showing. Man, I am so glad I ordered this. It has the curry notes but goes farther with some hints of flavor not normally found in curry powders you purchase at the grocery store. I plan to purchase this again when I run out. It is that good!

Flavorful and authentic. I've used in a few dishes now and I enjoy the floral notes. Can kick it up a notch with chilis

Was told about Vadouvan Curry from a friend who uses it in everything. I was amazed at the flavor and it arrived in a timely manner. Will absolutely purchase this again...in a larger quantity.

Safety seal broken before I got it
I received this today and I was excited because this is hard to find in stores. I took the plastic off the outside only to find that the inner seal is partially open. I don't want to use this when the safety seal is broken. I can't return it. Not sure if I can get a refund.

I fell in love with this spice blend!
I searched for months for this spice and found it on Amazon. I have wanted to make roasted cauliflower with this spice blend after eating a similar dish at the Fairmont Copley Square Long Bar for dinner one night. The recipe is printed on the back of the jar. It is wonderful!
