Great looking ice bucket. A nice adition to my bar.

Keeps ice for a reasonable amount of time. Looks good. Glad I ordered it.

We got this for our grandson last spring and he loves it keeps ice cold for a long time so we bought one and just opened the box the lid top knob was off and found the screw on bottom of box so put it together but the Tongs are missing.The bucket is great but missing parts are bad quality control.

I’m updating an old review. This did have scratches, couple small dents so as a gift it didn’t seem like a good purchase. BUT functionally this is the best ice bucket I’ve owned. It keeps ice cold. There has been fragments of ice in the morning from the prior night. This ice bucket does a good job.

Pics attached are of the 1st one I ordered. It looked used when I got it. Customer service team was very helpful and responsive & sent out replacement. Replacement still had spots on the stainless steel but for the price I feel like I will tolerate it. Shined it with some Stainless Steel polish and it looked good. Let see if it works at keeping ice now!

I was not expecting much. Just needed something cute and little for my outdoor bar top. I accidentally left this thing out all night (not in direct sunlight) and still found ice the next day around the same time!!!! The lid has a tight seal and we keep the tongs on the side of the bucket. This thing is perfect! I’m so glad to see it was affordable as well. Worth it

This is the best ice cooler/holder I have used kept the ice for hours without any melting.

I am appalled by the quality of the product! Image #1: the circumference of the bucket is not even a proper circle, Image #2: the hook to hang the tong is slanted, Image #3 and #4: the lid does not close properly due to the imperfection of the lid and bucket itself. Made in India = very poor quality! I have asked for a refund and I hope the seller will honour the request.

This is a big bucket. It easily took 3/4th bag of ice. The ice didn’t melt for at least an hour. Could have actually gone for longer if people would have closed the lid after using the bucket. The lid is airtight and it does take both hands to open it. All in all a good product. Just wish it were a little smaller so it could fit in my bar. But if you are hosting a crowd, get this bucket

Totally unhappy with the product since it was badly damaged. Had to return it and lost shipping charges in the bargain …
