These were recommended to me by a friend. She had a time getting me to try them at first simply because they say "hemp". But when she went to telling me the ingredients and the benefits that she has from them, I was sold! I have really bad dreams when I take melatonin, so I decided to give these a try. And boy I am so glad that I did. First of all, they taste like gummy bears, I swear I could eat a whole handful based on the taste. haha! These gummies not only help me relax but within 15-20 mins my eyes are so heavy, I fall fast asleep. Good sleep might I add.

They're marketed like they're going to actually do something to you, but . . . no. They seem to be just plain old gummy candies. Taste good, though.
