The instructions on the bottle only show how to make by the pitcher. Would anyone know how much to add to one drink?

I add about a squirt per drink. It is a matter a taste, don't overdo it, a little goes a long way. Absolutely the best mix, our vodka consumption went sky high (is that a good thing...?)

Do you have to refrigerate after you open these?

Yes you do. It says so on the label.

Are these gluten free?

Yes! The label says, "GLUTEN FREE" at the bottom of the ingredients panel.
