Good value
Arrived well before the estimated due date. Easy to install and set up. Works well with SKY TV/remote control no issues. Good picture quality, sound quality OK , as expected for a budget TV. The sound out put from the inbuilt speakers is quite basic if this is an issue for you, I suggest buying a sound bar to enhance and give more depth to the sound quality. But for a TV at this price I am happy.

HISENSE 40A5600FTUK 40-inch
This was delivered to me 16th October 2020.I was not sure whether to get this or a much more expensive TV but opted for this and so far it seems good value. I will come back and update this review if there are any problems.I bought a separate wall mount for £21.99. The screws in the rear of the TV were spaced 100mm horizontally (wide) and 200mm vertically (Height) so make sure you have a wall mount which has the correctly spaced holes in the fitting bracket. Most wall brackets will come with a variety of screw sizes. so you should find some which fit amongst them . (I did)The remote is good and has a few buttons which will take you straight to apps such as YouTube, Amazon and Netflix. The TV will connect to the internet via Ethernet wire or Wi-Fi.There was also a connector for my satellite cable which meant I could tune into free-view channels without going through any kind of separate receiver box. The advantage of this is I now only need one remote to operate the TV and satellite options. (I did buy an additional spare remote for £11.97)The rear of the TV has 2 HDMI slots and 2 USB connections, as well as a coaxial aerial connector and Satellite cable connector. The TV does not have Bluetooth but I was able to cast my smartphone to the screen via the shared Wi-Fi connection. I have only tried this once so far with a zoom video and the lag was massive between me talking and the sound coming on screen so it's probably best for just casting photos to share on screen I do have a laptop connected via HDMI however and this presents no problem showing content on the screen.Setting up the TV was fairly easy. If you get stuck look for the e manual built into the set. The sound is not brilliant but there are a few options for adjusting this to suit you. It can go very loud very quickly when the volume is adjusted. The TV also has plenty of options to adjust the screen colour, contrast brightness etc. to suit your taste. When I scanned for satellite stations it took quite some time and came up with numbers in the 900s. Some of these were pay channels so would not show unless you were subscribed to that service. The way to make this number of channels manageable is to create a favourite list so that you can just refer to a smaller list for the channels you want to see. The menu on the channel list allows to you choose to view all the satellite channels or just your favourites. You can move the channels up and down the list too. Refer to the e manual about how to do this and to hide channels and change favourites etc. EDIT: 31.10.20 Just an update to say the channel guide is a bit of a dog's dinner and all the stations I put in favourites are now blank. I check what is available to watch online rather than on the TV guide.Overall so far the TV seems good, with an excellent picture quality and acceptable sound (you can always get a sound bar if you prefer to). It does have a headphone socket but I cannot see myself using this, I think Bluetooth would have been better, but this is a minor consideration for what is otherwise a good TV.I am not a fan of huge TVs so this is just the right size for me and does not dominate the room too much.

Great value TV
Forget the price for now and concentrate on the excellent quality and performance to start with I am completely satisfied with this TV.It does exactly what I need it to do in my garden rooms and I'd be more than happy to use it as a main TV in the house. (well, I'd have to go bigger but the 40" that I bought is perfect fro in the garden).Back to the price then and you really can't go wrong with this TV.Definitely would recommend.

Super picture, easy to install
Quick delivery. Well packaged. The TV was light and easy to position. Very easy to install from on-screen menus. I like the picture- very sharp, good colour without being over-enhanced.Sound is very clear but mediocre bass, I assume as the TV cabinet is so thin. I know this can be a problem with many modern TVs. Will seriously consider buying an additional speaker for it.

Well worth considering
Nice looking Tv with a great picture. The sound is ok but better with soundbar like most things teles. Easy to set up and use. The smart features are stable and it loads pretty fast. If your on a tight budget like I was then you could do a lot worse.

Good Picture, Poor Sound
I bought this TV to replace a reconditioned Bush HD TV that I've had for about ten years. The picture quality of the Hisense 40A5600FTUK is really good for a budget TV. However, the sound is awful. Without doubt it's the most tin like I've ever come across, its comparable to a 1960s transistor radio. I've kept it as I've piped the sound through an amp and speakers. It doesnt matter what combination of sound settings you use, it has little improvement and there is a total lack of any depth of base. Had I paid more attention to reviews here, I would have paid another 50 to 100 quid for a different brand.
