RYOBI P4360BTL ONE+ 8 in. 18-Volt Lithium-Ion Battery Pole Saw (Tool Only)

I bought this to go along with my Ryobi pole hedge trimmer. The trimmer is great but could not handle branches larger than say 2 inches. This saw is amazing. It really does cut small branches like butter. I was able to handle all of the work around my house with one battery charge. Cut through branches up to 5 inches without issue. You do need to adjust the blade tension after every full use to keep things tight, but this is easily done with a simple wrench. The lube does make things a little messy at times, but it's not a deal breaker. Just needs a bit of post cut cleaning. I believe Ryobi has a newer model that no longer requires the lube. Do wear safety glasses while using. While cutting higher branches, I got blasted with saw dust raining down on my face. Goggles or glasses are a must to protect your eyes. Great purchase overall and compatible with Ryobi One batteries. They all interchange. Highly recommend for light yard work.

Great product for cutting dead branch at our cabin where it's not possible to use a corded pole saw. Works great!

It works great. As expected and better. After a large, early ice storm that severely damaged the trees city wide, I cleaned up my trees and helped some family members clean theirs up. This sped up the job a great deal.

I love it more without the extension but my husband laughed at me when I received it he said that thing isn't going to work. I had to laugh at him because he wanted to try it out and he has used it more than I have lol.

Loving this pole saw! Uses the same battery as my other ryobi tools. Cuts easily.

I pre-owned RYOBI battery from prior equipment so this worked perfectly. Was able to do tree trimming with ease! Definitely worth the buy if you want limbs hanging low.

Didn’t work straight out the box. They charge a restocking fee to return. You are better off buying a new one at full retail.

The product was amazing it made short work of the tree branches. Highly recommend.

Great tool for the job

Tested briefly, but have not used it yet. Arrived quickly ahead of projected date. Appeared properly packaged with a few minor cramps and tears in box. Looks like from factory, but not clear if a prior return or refurbished as the main body has some scuffing and marks on it. Heard a rattling in bottom.of box and discovered a rivet. Inspection revealed rivet was missing from one side of main unit where pole threads on. Had same size rivets handy so replaced it. For the price shouldn't have had to do this, particularly as it cost about $70 more than Home Depot, but ordered this one for convenience as I live remote and Amazon has faster shipping. If it does the job as described I will be content. Ryobi is.my go to tool.
