We just recently purchased these. They aren't horrible but my husband said they have a weird texture. Not bad. Hopefully they will work.

I can say much about what it’s doing for my gut health but I think this has been doing a great job at regulating my digestive system. I was always a person that rarely had bowel movements(2 times a week) and generally struggled when going, but after a few weeks of taking this I’ve become very regular at once a day basically every morning.
