Great-Tasting Protein Bars!
These protein bars are great! They have a soft texture, which I really enjoy, especially compared to other protein bars that can be dry or chalky. There are plenty of delicious flavors to choose from, so it's easy to find a favorite. I also appreciate that they're made with clean ingredients. Overall, they're a tasty and convenient snack that I'd definitely buy again.

Packed with protein and sugar free
Delicious Protein Bar. Rather than reach for a sugary snickers bar I prefer IQ Bars. It keeps my urge to snack at a minimum. They are all delicious. Great variety too.

They are definitely worth a try!
The first one I tried was the banana nut. My first impression was that the texture was a little weird or mealy. I thought it almost tastes like over ripe bananas. I was a little scared that I wouldn't be able to eat them and it would be a big waste. A couple days later I gave a different flavor a try. It has the same texture, but since I was expecting it I didn't find it as off putting. The flavor was better and I had it with a big glass of water. It filled me up and was very satisfying. I really liked all the other flavors, but it took me a while to go back to the banana. When I finally did, I liked it. I think, like so many other regular foods made keto, it just takes a little getting used to. They are not the playdough consistency of Quest bars, they taste a bit more natural. I think they are worth a try if you are looking for a good keto bar, but don't give up on them after one bar if you find them a little strange. They are also really good with a cup of coffee.

These bars are satisfying and tasty. They are low carb, high protein and high fiber. There is a lot of crunch from soy bean content.

I likeeed the price and loved the chocolate flavors but the blueberry and lemon didn’t work for me and I haven’t tried the banana and the blueberry yet. Overall good purchase
