Not what it used to be
I used this product years ago - same brand. It was fantastic. A delicious taste - it could be added to salads, sandwiches, etc. This one tastes, in all honesty, awful. Its bitter. Almost unpalatable. And its short dated. Unfortunately, its not eligible for a return/refund, so into the garbage it goes.
