It is only the white model that comes with wheels?

The black one comes with wheels

Will this fit a samsung qn95a 75 inch tv?

Just like you I was paranoid wondering whether it was safe enough it I can relieve your fears, Yes it definitely will, I have a 75inch Samsung TV hanging on my stand. I did attach a video, I hope it works to show you.

With a 75” tv on how high is it from the floor to the bottom of the tv?

With a 65" top of tv is 147cm but the bracket at back has two fixing options which could raise itanother 15cm...hope that helps a little..
