I got these for my bridesmaid heels, 3 inch open toe sandals. The shoes were satin and the insole was a little slippery. Adding these pads to the shoe was perfect for securing my feet so they didn’t sleep around and cause me to trip. They were totally invisible under my size 8 women’s feet, just position it slightly before the toe ends, not on the very end of the shoe.

These absolutely added to the time I can stand in some of my heels. Very comfortable and fit in the shoe easily. The adhesive so far has held up great. After 4 long parties now with these installed on the shoe, I’m having a much better time compared to without them!

I wore my heels for more than 4 hrs!!! The Dr scholls ball cushion did work ! Dont get me wrong i still felt a little pain, but i made it through the night!!! Definitely got some relief with them

Comfortable and easy to put into shoe, but they DO NOT STICK. They move around and I have to adjust them after each wear.

They feel soft and nice on my heels. Easy to remove as well.

I use these in my dance shoes for pole fitness. One of my pairs of 7 inch heels is quite uncomfortable because my feet slide forward too much and it squishes my toes. These inserts are great for cushioning my feet and keeping them from sliding too much. The adhesive is perfect- it’s easy to reposition at first to get them in the right place, but then they stay where you put them. They have held up for months so far, dancing in them for at least a few hours a week.

Don’t buy for closed toe heels; one of them lost all “stickiness” when trying to properly position them inside some heeled Mary Jane’s despite using about the same amount of attempts as I did for its pair 🤦🏻‍♀️ Needless to say, they are entirely /useless/ then since it slips around like water on a hot stainless steel pan.
