The brake bleed kit is excellent for maintaining hydraulic brakes. The fluid pours cleanly, the kit includes everything you need, and the instructions are clear and easy to follow. It made bleeding my brakes straightforward, and afterward they felt smooth, responsive, and consistent. High-quality, reliable, and a must-have for anyone keeping their Shimano hydraulic brakes in top condition. I would absolutely recommend this brake kit. Keep some paper towels handy for cleanup and some extra gloves!

Good kit for the money.

Worked great on my 12 year old mountain bike with Shimano M615 brakes. The screw-on funnel with stopper, syringe and hose work great - easy to attach, secure and no mess. Didn’t waste a drop of fluid while flushing the entire brake line. Only niggle is they don’t include the 7mm wrench needed to open the bleed valve. Not a common size, so you’re not likely to have one. An adjustable wrench is too thick to fit without knocking out the hose.

Does the job and is easy to use

Shimano brakes are very simple to bleed and this system makes it easy to do by including everything you need to get the job done. Quality fluid - tools that work to get the job done, including insightful additions like the Velcro straps for holding the syringe when you done have an extra pair of hands with you while bleeding. Another awesome add is the plunger that plugs the funnel for the reservoir so that when you unthread it it does not leal fluid all over the place. Gloves are included if you are a glove kind of person too (I hear there are people like that - I don't know...) Save yourself some money and get this kit and stop paying for bleeding brakes.

UPDATED review (see original review below): I left a bad review because I did not realize this kit was for MTBs and it works for them without the adapter. I have a road bike. They responded immediately made things right. The product has worked exactly as it's supposed to once i got the adapter for road bikes. And the video content instructions super helpful. I am a bleedzone customer for life! Original review: This does not come with the bleed port adapter. So when you buy the Shimano bleed kit, and try to bleed your Shimano brakes, you can’t. Then you have to order another funnel and Shimano adapter from BleedZone and wait. I wish they would not have labeled this product as being a Shimano kit when it does not come with what you need.
