Does the fresh Cool scent feel cold on skin as if mint, menthol or eucalyptus is in it?

None of the ingredients you inquired about are listed on the package. I've used Dove for years in this scent and have never noticed it feels like it has a cooling agent in it. I love the scent, but I use it mainly because many other soaps make my skin break out. It's not just a beauty bar: it leaves my hands soft and clean after gardening.
