Black w/gold candle tins
After seeing the reviews, I was very hesitant to buy these but im glad I did. I ordered 3 cases (72 tins) of the black with gold lining. The tins are as pictured and very nice looking. There was not any damage to any of the tins or lids. Each tin came in a little plastic bag and the boxes were packed very well. The tins held up well during my candle testing (6006 parasoy blend, ECO 4 wick). The only issue is these are 4 oz tins (3.5 oz fill line). Hopefully the company can correct that in the item description.

Quality tins for candle making
These are perfect tins for my candles. I this is my second reorder.

These are great for doing their purpose
Problem I ran into is these are 4oz and look like 2 because the black makes them appear much smaller. The eye of the beholder is what matters, but I've switched to decorated glass for the 4oz

Great for Body Butter
I actually wanted something besides the regular clear containers and wanted something more elegant. I was not unable to fill completely all the way to the top due to the lid not closing. These are working pretty good with me so far. No complaints from my customers. Right now the only issue that I seem to be experiencing in the lid being harder to come off once the butter is inside, you really have to twist and turn and pull up. After I weighed my butter in the tin it comes out to 4.0 oz.

Comfortably Holds 3.2-3.5 oz of Wax
These tins are exactly what I was looking for. Great quality & packaged well. For the candle pictured, I used 3.2 oz of soy wax (464). The fill line was precisely at 4 oz of liquid (I used to water to test). 4 oz x 0.8 = 3.2 oz for wax. Another reviewer stated they could get up to 3.5 oz out of their tin, I think that seems about right as I could have poured more than I did. Adorable tins.

Good quality, good price
I bought these for candle making. I have no complaints. The metal is durable, not too flimsy, and does the job it’s supposed to do. I’ve already ordered my second batch, and will buy again.

Used for packaging loose leaf teas, lids fall off, had to tape closed for customers. Will not buy again.
