I have been suffering from Debilitating migraines for years. I have been taking the caplets for 30 days and I have already noticed a very big difference in my migraines. The migraines have not left completely but I have noticed a mark decrease in the intensity and duration of my migraines, which seems to improve as the weeks go by. When I do have a migraine, i will take two of the caplets right when I feel the migraine coming on, then I am able to manage the migraine with over the counter meds such Advil , which normally won't even most migraines,. I realize everyone is different and this may not work the same for you, but as for me, it has been pretty life changing since I feel I can manage my migraines now and still function without the side effects of the prescription medications. I recently started suffering from facial spasms as a result of my long battle with migraines which to be honest has been one of the hardest things to deal with in all of this. With the caplets, I have noticed that the spasms have stopped altogether for the time being, so I really hope this is permenant effect of the caplets but time will tell as I continue to take them. I wanted to make a note on something that a couple of other reviewers said, that I feel needs to be corrected. I have not been contacted by the company for a review and no one has offered me anything for this review, it's a honest review of my personal experience so far with the caplets. My only complaint is about the shipping. It took several days for my product to arrive even thou it said 2 day shipping.

This works surprisingly well as a migraine TREATment as well as preventative. I've taken it when a migraine has already started emerging (light sensitivity, upset stomach, head pressure), and it has actually reversed the headache ... at a point where I usually would have to take a prescription drug because Tylenol or Excedrin would be ineffective. HOWEVER, it causes chronic diarrhea for me when I take it on a daily basis (which is still better than a migraine).

I waited two months before I wrote a review. I have tried pretty much everything and was ready to go get a prescription drug for my headaches that I have almost every day. I have a lot of triggers: MSG, food dyes, additives, chemicals, sulfates, nitrates, nitrites, certain foods. I still am saying away from what the triggers are but was having headaches, I at first took two tablets of this product in the morning, two in the afternoon, and two in the evening. I did that for two weeks. The headaches were lessening but were still dull in the back of my head. I then cut back to one in the morning, afternoon, and evening. After a month, I had one to two headaches a week. I then cut back to one pill in the morning and one in the afternoon, which I will continue to do for the rest of my life. I now haven't had any headaches in weeks. After two months, I can honestly say this product is well worth giving a try for anyone who suffers from unknown or known origins of headaches. I ordered these for migraine orevention.... didn’t realize why I was feeling sicker and sicker as weeks went by. I finally called my doc, told I have da fever, felt extremely fatigued, stomach cramps, and and described it as as if I was ingesting poison. Figured out the only changed was this... with feverfew. Stopped, and symptoms subsided almost immediately. Gone in 4 days completely. Feverfew is not neutral!!

Who's to say if this really works or not. My 14 year old daughter has debilitating migraines and I will try anything and everything. Whether or not it is this formula or not, all I can say is that until she started taking this she never had a migraine less than a level 10 in pain, has gone to the hospital for them. She has the injections, nose-spray and pill formula of RX migraine medicines prescribed by her neurologist, which I hate her having to take. This is what we've done differently: Every day she takes five halves of these pills -- we had to cut them in half because they're just too big to take by themselves. Since she's been taking them she's had two migraines but they were only a pain level 3, so we gave her 400mg. Advil, put ice packs on the back of her neck and on her head, put a sleep mask over her eyes to block out the light, put several drops of Eucalyptus oil and headache oil on her upper lip under her nose and on her temples, put some Tiger Balm on her temples and used an aromatherapy diffuser with "headache formula" oils in them. Both times she was able to get rid of the migraine with NO triptan RX medicine in about 3 hours and the paid level never exceeded a 3. Don't know whether it's this migraine prevention formula or not, guess time will tell, but I do know that we do not miss a single day of using this stuff. If nothing else, the vitamins and magnesium is good for her body.

Item arrived OK and was as described but it just didn't work for me. Others may find it helpful. My pharmacist told me about it. I don't know how many stars to give in this situation. I guess 3 since it arrived OK and was less expensive through Amazon.

Amazingly, this product worked where other treatment options failed. My wife has been suffering from daily migranes since she was 15 years old. That's over 40 years. She's been through MRI Scans, pain management treatment (epidural shots), acupuncture, prescription meds (Namenda), magnesium shots, cold packs, herbal teas and over-the-counter headache pills and nothing worked.
