My daughter is sizs 7 would she need to buy size 8 or would size 7 fit

I’m a size 7 however I have a pair of size 8, as even after they have worn down on the inside, it hasn’t given any extra room like I thought it would have, so I’m pleased I went up a size. I got a pair for my mum in her actual size a few years ago and she wishes it was a size bigger as her heel is right on the very edge of the slipper at the back when her foot is pushed all the way on. I am hoping to get her a new pair in a size bigger for Christmas.
