what kind of arch support do they offer - low, medium or high?

I am pretty flat-footed and an arch support hurts my feet. I could live in my slippers and love them! So, to be honest, I would have to say the slippers have very little arch support. 🙂

They are a bit loose on me, my foot is average width.

I wear 39-40 European size, what size should I order?

I wear a 37 us size 6.5. I did size down on slippers. So a 38 would be a 7-7.5 and so on

Is the lining real shearling fur or faux fur? I understand the slipper itself is made of sheepskin.

It appears that everything is genuine with exception of the footbed which is the worst downfall of this type of product. There are reviewers' photos showing what happens to them. The heel areas go bald which doesn't happen with genuine shearling, and in my case, they wear at the toes as well since I overpronate while walking.
